I recently received letters from someone who asked me some questions about life on the NutriSystem diet. Examples of questions were things like? "How exactly NutriSystem work I have to count calories and carbohydrates What types of foods I eat How much can I get hungry as I eat a lot of power I need and how much weight can I lose?"
