macaroni salad

I recently received letters from someone who asked me some questions about life on the NutriSystem diet. Examples of questions were things like? "How exactly NutriSystem work I have to count calories and carbohydrates What types of foods I eat How much can I get hungry as I eat a lot of power I need and how much weight can I lose?"

The chicken and noodles with mushrooms is perfect for anyone - even diabetics

Almost everyone likes the chicken - I have no doubt the exception to the rule, because I just can not stand it - to make fast, easy casserole is ideal for family gatherings, church pitch-in picnic lunches in the office, etc. It is also a diabetic-friendly dish so you do not need a second dish for diabetics in the group to prepare. For family celebrations, an herbal steam and / or add a salad fast and you have a great meal that you will be safe.

Spaghetti with chicken and mushrooms

11 / 2 kg boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 ounces uncooked whole wheat spaghetti

can be 1 / 2 (10 3/4-oz size) low fat cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 / 2 cup skim milk

1 / 2 teaspoon salt

1 / 4 teaspoon pepper

1 jar (2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained

Nonstick vegetable cooking spray

In a large skillet add the chicken and enough water to cover completely, cover and bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cookedby. Drain well. Slice the chicken and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, but without salt or butter. If spaghetti tender, drain and set it aside.

In a small saucepan, combine broth, milk, salt and pepper, stirring to blend. Cook over low heat until very hot.

Coat a 12 "x 8" x2 "glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the spaghetti into the pot. Layer chicken, soup mixture, then the mushrooms over spaghetti. JawsA 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly oven.

Have fun!
