"Hidden Veggie Gourmet pasta sauce

INGREDIENTS

Hidden Veggie basic version

1 ounce of olive oil (preferably extra virgin)

3 large onions

6 large tomatoes, peeled

3 medium carrots

3 pepper salad

2 oz herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, do something, but it must be fresh)

1 tablespoon minced ginger (or more if you like it hot, preferably fresh)

2 tablespoons minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

A dash of hot sauce (optional)

ParmesanCheese

Gourmet option for:

1 / 2 oz olive oil (preferably extra virgin)

1 large onion

2 large tomatoes, peeled

1 large salad Pepper

1 / 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

PREPARATION

Cut the vegetables cut into small pieces. Light brown sliced onions in olive oil over low heat for 2 minutes. Add to add the carrots, ginger and garlic and a further 2 minutes. Add the green pepper and tomato salad and mix for 1 minutehigh heat, stirring vigorously. Add the herbs ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and hot sauce and reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

Put the mixture in a blender until smooth. Serve over pasta of all kinds, and the kids love him in secret on their vitamins.

Gourmet option:

Light Brown chopped onion in olive oil over low heat for 2 minutes. Add chopped bell peppers and tomato salad and mix for 1Minute over high heat, stirring vigorously. Add the blended mix, balsamic vinegar and warm up.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the plate, and serve to give.

For a non-vegetarian

Saute ground beef 8 ounces low heat before adding the onions.

INGREDIENTS

Hidden Veggie base version

2 oz fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme, anything will do but it must be fresh)

1 tablespoon minced ginger (or more if you like it hot, preferably fresh)

2 tablespoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of hot sauce (optional)

Parmesan cheese

Gourmet Option add:

1/2 oz Olive Oil (preferably Extra Virgin)

1 large onion

2 large peeled tomatoes

1 large Salad Pepper

1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

HOW TO PREPARE
