Orange Salmon Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices of fresh salmon fillet
1 orange (juiced)
4 slices of toast
Butter
Sugar
Pepper
Onion (chopped)
Chili powder (optional)
Toast
Action
a. Wash and dry the salmon.
b. Slice a thin layer, season with orange juice, red pepper, onion, sugar and pepper.
c. Season for one or two minutes.
d. Set between 2 slices of salmon with butterToast.

Alfalfa salad
Ingredients
200g of fresh alfalfa
2 drops of orange juice
Action
a. Rinse and drain the alfalfa.
b. Put them in a nice looking glass.
c. Sprinkle with 2 drops of orange juice on it.
Note: You can add, juicy, if desired.

Ingredients
Oranges
Lemon (Juiced)
Action
a. juice of oranges and add a few dropsJuice.
b. Serve cold.

a. You can combine the salad of alfalfa sandwiches to salmon.
b. You can also add grapefruit juice to orange juice.
c. You can add a few drops of orange juice with lemon.

Fruit pudding
Ingredients
2 eggs (well beaten)
625 ml milk
100 g sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Cherries (chopped)
Pineapple (diced)
Walnuts(chopped)
Action:
a. Resolve the cornstarch in a little 'milk.
b. Add this and the remaining milk and sugar into the eggs.
c. Heat until it has the consistency of a thin pudding.
d. When cold, add the cherries and pineapple cubes and walnuts.
e. flavor to taste.
f. Refrigerate for several hours.
g. Serve cold.
