You will need:

1 head Boston lettuce

1 pound green beans, cooked al dente

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons capers
1 / 4 cup pitted black olives small
1 can of anchovies
4 small potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced

Ground black pepper to taste

How-to:
