Summer is here and then a rise in temperature. No one wants to stick to the kitchen, on a hot day with the oven. No, you can not manually to a pop tart or a box of cereal and tell them to get out of hair, even if it's really what you're doing better. I invested in George Foreman Grill, then in summer I spend a lot of time to prepare food or use the outdoor grill. So take a look at these suggestions and see if you do not succeed, first out of the kitchenand still give the kids a cheap and quick dinner, and you lose the heat.
1. eggbeater omelette - Put a little 'eggbeater south-west in a pot once it's finished add some cream cheese and fold over. Serve with fresh fruit for a fantastic quick and easy meal that can be enjoyed any time of day.
2. Salads are not just a good way to fight the summer heat, but they are cheap and easy to do. You can create a base of lettuce and tomato if you like. Or you can put a little 'dressCheese, boiled eggs and a pack of sandwich meat. Serve with avocado half stuffed with sour cream or cream cheese. Chill and mix of fresh fruit for a fruit salad for dessert.
3. Chicken Salad. Great for the chicken to the left, or buy a precooked chicken in the shop to save time, de-bone some grapes and pecans, mix with low-fat mayonnaise and mix some 'mustard honey. You can check this on a bed of salad served as a sandwich, a wrap and it makes a bigSandwiches too.
4. BLT with a twist. I think I cooked bacon on hand at all times. Mix the tomatoes, cucumber and mayonnaise and spread on a whole wheat wrap and then layer some lettuce and bacon evenly over the foil and roll up. Cut diagonally and with some raw broccoli that are served with fresh lemon juice ... yummy!
5. Pea salad there. Nothing better than a good salad of peas. I take a can of early peas (English peas), drain and add 2 eggs,a small Vidalia onion, finely chopped ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it all put together with some mayonnaise or ranch dressing and a touch of mustard and cold. Serve on a bed of chopped lettuce with some boiled eggs and sliced ham. These make a great side dish too.
Just follow these tips and you are out of the kitchen in no time. The portfolio and the air conditioning is now I thank you from the heat made dinner. Now you've fed a nice cheap and fastDinner every day and they do not complain it is not. You will find that you feel better out in the summer for a lighter meal, and not by the heat of the kitchen.
