Outback Steakhouse is a casual American restaurant chain with over 900 locations in 23 countries in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. E 'specializes in American cuisine served in a Creole-influenced faux-Australian-inspired environment. All the meat is very seasoned, including a blend of 17 spices for steaks themselves. Outback Steakhouse'S ALICE SPRINGS CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Have 1 cup of honey and mustard sauce or some of the best I've ever eaten Honey Mustard
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups slicedMushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
12 slices of bacon, fully cooked
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
and
1 cup Cheddar cheese
or
2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
Directions:

Pour about half of a game or ¼ of a double portion of honey and mustard in a bowl and the chicken. Set in refrigerator to marinatefor 2 hours or, better yet, overnight. Save the honey and mustard, remaining in a sealed container in the 'fridge, as a dip after use.
Oven at 375 F
Heat until the oil in a pan on fire and burn each chicken breast pan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer chicken to oven safe pan and brush with honey mustard.
Salt and pepper the breasts.
Add butter to skillet and saute mushrooms.
Stack bacon on each breast, spoon mushrooms on each breast and then about ½ cupCheese on each.
Cover with foil or lid and bake for 7-10 minutes to melt cheese. Dust with paprika and serve with honey mustard.
